If you have changed your mind about your purchase or are unhappy with your order, let us know by emailing within 5-days of receiving your order.

We'll get you to return your purchase to us, and then we'll set up a credit for you to use at Rumi.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged, unless they're damaged.

Damaged Orders

If your items are damaged or faulty in some way, let us know by emailing within 5-days of receiving your order.

We may need you to send the items back to us - this is assessed on a case-by-case basis as sometimes a photo can be enough – and then we'll replace the item for you.

If we can't replace it, we'll either refund you, or offer you a credit.

Returning Items to Rumi.

We recommend sending items back to us using a tracked service because we can't take responsibility for lost packages. 

As with most online stores, the cost of shipping returns back to us is the customer's responsibility, except in the case of damaged items. Shipping costs of your original purchase are non-refundable - this means that the cost of shipping is deducted from your refund/credit amount. 

We'll process your request within 3 working days of receiving your return.

Refunds are made back to your original method of payment.
